	Many thanks for the frames; Yes, I think they fit, When I get the 
prescription, I will have the lenses mounted therein. It really was most 
kind of you.

	On this disk, you will see several items:-

UKM715T.COM	I think this is the Modem driver.
		I have not tried it out, as I have only just got it-
		(I am trying to get this disc in the weekend post.)

UKMODEM7.COM	This look the same, but came from a different source.



SRL***		This appears to be a Serial Printer driver.
		The .DOC file will tell all. (no, I have not tried it
		either.)


AUTO		Part of the Xtal System 5 suite.  This will insert
		an AUTO-boot into the monitor and will thus exectute
		the command on cold boot-up. To use, type

		AUTO and the :prompt will be displayed,
		:DIR <ENTER> will automatically put up the directory
		when you cold-boot the disk. Similarly, 
		:PROGNAME will boot that up.


BACKUP		Same as  normal, but you can specify what discs you have
		available, such as double/single/ 40/80 track discs 
                with the Format routine.

COPY		The improved version. Works well.

XED		THe Editor underwhich I am writing this file.


		The commands are:-
Edit mode;

	<ESC>	enter command mode (prompt * at the bottom of the screen.
CRTL	W	move cursor one word right
	Q			     left
	C	page down
	R	page up
	I	tab
	N	insert line
	P	join to line above
	U	clear to end of line
	X	delete line
	A	abandon changes to line
        <DEL>	delete character at cursor
<DEL>	        delete character 1 place to the left.


Command mode;

	C	Clear
	nF	find string F.		ie, when looking for a particular
					phrase, type    nphrase <CR>
	nG	goto line n
	Ifilename	Insert filename
	nK	Kill n lines
	Lfilename	load filename
	nP	Print n lines
	Q	Quit
	nR	Replace			ie, nRstring1$string2
	Sfilename	Save		if the file is in use just use S
	nI	set Tab length
	V	View			return to edit mode.



			It really is quite clever, and simple, too.
