DOSCCP+.REL can be relocated with L80, creating a hex file ONLY.

Note that DOSCCP+.REL must be renamed to DOSCCP.REL or L80 will
not accept the name.

If the desired CCP base is nnnn (0800h less than BDOS base) then

   l80 /x,/p:nnnn,dosccp,newsys/n,/e

and answer the "move anyhow" prompt with N

This should solve any unexpected relocation problems.
