PROGRAM:
    CAT - Concatenate named files together to produce the output.
USAGE:
    CAT [<fid] [afn ...] [>fid]
FUNCTION:
    This accepts a list of file names either on the command line
    or from the standard input.  File names in the command line
    may use afn's. File names in the standard input may not be
    wildcarded.  The files are read in the order mentioned, command
    line first, then the input, if any.  As they are read, they are
    sent to the standard output.
    
    Unless piping is used or the standard input is assigned to a file
    (i.e. <file), only the command line arguments will be used
    as file names.
    
EXAMPLE:
    CAT *.HLP
    LS *.HLP |CAT
    CAT F1 F2 F3 >FALL
    CAT <FILELIST >ALLLINES
