WHAT DBQ IS
			-----------

DBQ is a small relational database suitable for storing simple
data, and for producing reports and form letters from that data.

A good query language provides all the normal storage and
retrieval functions, although cross-field arithmetic and
record by record working are not supported. Thus it is not
as powerful as dBASE II, thereagain it is not as expensive.
Record access is always sequential, no keyed access being
supported.

The DBQ.DOC file is formatted ready for printing on standard
66 line paper (11 inches deep by 9.5 inches wide). No control
characters are used, it is assumed that the printer supports a
Carriage Return without a Line feed (for underlining). New
pages are achieved by line spacing. If your printer can't handle
this, get a new one! Keywords are shown in UPPER CASE in DBQ.DOC,
which is not how they should be used - I would have preferred to
use a different style of characters, such as italics, but this is
not universal across printers.
